1. Introduction

At KissKitties, we respect intellectual property rights and are committed to protecting the original AI-generated content of our Creators.

Stealing, copying, or distributing content from KissKitties without permission is strictly prohibited and illegal.

We provide tools and support to help our Creators protect their content from unauthorized use, including DMCA takedown requests and automated scanning for stolen content.

2. Who Owns the Content on KissKitties?

Creators own the AI-generated content they upload to the Platform.

Fans do not own the content they access via subscription or purchase.

KissKitties does not claim ownership over Creator content but holds a license to host, distribute, and display content as necessary for the operation of the Platform.

3. Unauthorized Use & Content Protection Tools

We offer several methods to protect Creator content, including:

3.1. Watermarking & Digital Protection

Creators can add a watermark to their content to deter theft.

Metadata tagging is used to track unauthorized use of content across external platforms.

Any removal or modification of watermarks is a violation of our Terms.

3.2. DMCA Takedown Requests

KissKitties fully supports Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests.

Creators can report stolen content using our DMCA reporting system.

We promptly issue takedown notices to infringing websites, hosting providers, and search engines.

3.3. Internet Scanning & Copyright Enforcement

We proactively scan for stolen content across the internet.

We contact websites, hosting services, and search engines to remove infringing content.

Some platforms comply, while others may ignore requests—we encourage Creators to take further legal action when necessary.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you discover your content has been stolen or reposted without permission, follow these steps:

4.1. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

Go to: DMCA

Provide:

Your full legal name and email address.

A description of the stolen content (e.g., links, screenshots).

The URL(s) where the unauthorized content is found.

A statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

A good faith declaration that the reported use is unauthorized.

We will review and process takedown requests within 48 hours.

5. What Happens After a Copyright Complaint?

Once a DMCA request is received:

We review the claim and verify the ownership.

If valid, we issue takedown notices to the infringing websites and platforms.

We notify the alleged infringer and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

If the counter-notification is valid, the content may be reinstated unless further legal action is taken.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated.

6. What if My Content is Wrongly Removed? (DMCA Counter-Notification)

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you can submit a counter-notification by providing:

Your name and contact details.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error.

Details of the removed content and where it was hosted.

If the counter-notification is valid, we may reinstate the content unless further legal action is pursued by the copyright holder.

7. What Should Fans Know About Copyright?

Fans do NOT own Creator content—they only pay for viewing access.

Downloading, copying, or sharing Creator content is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized redistribution or resale of content may result in account termination and legal action.

KissKitties actively monitors for content leaks and unauthorized redistribution.

8. Legal Actions for Copyright Violations

If stolen content is not removed after a DMCA request:

Creators can pursue direct legal action against infringers.

KissKitties supports additional legal options in different regions:
