4. Verification Process

To prevent fraudulent removal requests, we may require:

Proof of likeness (if claiming unauthorized resemblance).

We do not remove content without sufficient evidence.

5. Takedown Review & Decision

Once we receive your request:

If the claim is valid, the content will be removed within 7 days.

If the request is invalid, the content will remain on the Platform.

The uploader will be notified about the takedown (if applicable).

6. Counter-Notification (If Content is Wrongly Removed)

If content is removed incorrectly, the original uploader may submit a counter-notification by emailing counter@kisskitties.com with:

Their full legal name and contact details.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error.

The URL(s) of the removed content.

An explanation of why the content does not violate any rights.

If the counter-notification is valid, the content may be restored unless further legal action is taken.

All takedown requests are confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

We do not disclose personal information about the requester without consent.
